Background check and paid training
We run a background check, then you shadow an experienced cleaner on paid training visits until you and we both feel ready.
Your first route
You get assigned to a route with a regular partner and regular clients. Your schedule is set with you, not handed to you.

Questions people actually ask
Do I need previous cleaning experience?
It helps, but it is not required. What matters more is being reliable, careful, and respectful in someone else's home. We train the rest.
Do I need my own car?
Yes, for most routes. You need a reliable vehicle and a valid California driver's licence, because our routes cover a lot of San Diego County. We do not ask you to carry supplies on transit.
Do I need to speak English?
No. Our team is bilingual and so is our management. You can work entirely in Spanish if that is what you are comfortable with.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
We will be completely straight with you about your classification, pay rate, and what is withheld during your call, before you commit to anything. Ask us directly and you will get a direct answer.
How many hours can I get?
It depends on your availability and the routes open in your area. Some of our team work two days a week around family, others work full time. Tell us what you need.
What areas are you hiring in?
Across San Diego County, with the most openings right now in North County, East County, and the South Bay. Coastal routes fill fastest.
