How quickly will I hear back after booking online?
Usually within a few minutes during our hours, which are 7AM to 7PM every day. Outside those hours we reply first thing the next morning. Every enquiry gets a real reply from a person, not an autoresponder.
Do I need to pay or enter a card to book?
No. This form takes no payment details at all. You confirm your flat rate and your day first, and payment is handled after your clean is complete.
How is my flat rate worked out?
From your home size, the service you choose, and its current condition. That is why the form asks for bedrooms and bathrooms up front: it lets us quote a firm flat price on the first reply instead of scheduling a call to ask.
Can I book a recurring clean instead of a one-time visit?
